Tempo International was originated in the UK and expanded business in Europe and the Middle East. In early 2011, Tempo Aviation was established to focus our effort on aviation service industry in the emerging market of Asia Pacific region.

Tempo Team consists of a group of experienced professionals with background in Airline management, human resources and aviation training. With good understanding of the airline industry and the changing market conditions around the world, Tempo team commits itself to think outside the box and provide functional and cost effective crew management and training solutions which will promote the progression and longevity for both the business of our clients and the career of our crew.

What we do

Tempo Aviation International Services Ltd. has established good connections with a number of Airlines, training centers and flight schools around the world. We commit ourselves to think outside the box and provide functional and cost effective flight crew leasing and management solutions to meet growing demand of the Airline industry.

We seek new ways of crew management which will reflect the market trend, reward for quality of service and permit our clients and crews to work closely together. Being independent from Airlines, training organization and pilot associations, we strive to achieve maximum benefit for both our crews and our clients.

We provide short and long-term contracted employment with some of the world's most prestigious Airlines. Tempo team closely manages our crews and provides continuous assistance and support. Apart from our administrative support, payroll services, relocation / travel services, and additional benefit package, our regional offices will provide hands-on day to day assistance when needed; our legal and financial professionals are also on hand to provide reliable legal and financial advices
